The policy briefs developed by the CCSReg Project recommend statutory and regulatory actions that would enable large-scale use of CCS to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide. However, we have also developed model legislative language in order to clarify the recommendations in these policy briefs. The final version of this model legislation has been posted in PDF format and can be viewed using Adobe Reader or any other compatible software.

The model legislative language can be used freely, with or without attribution, for development of legislative and regulatory proposals.
